I am a Functional Nutrition & Health Coach and Nurse, who struggled with brain fog and chronic bloating for a decade! After multiple doctor visits with no answers, I decided to do my own research and found the answers I was looking for. Inflammation was at the root of all my symptoms.

It inspired me so much that I returned to school after becoming a nurse, to become a Nutrition & Health Coach, so that I could help others heal naturally too!

I now help hundreds of women see how they are harming themselves through the “Standard American Diet” and creating the same habits each day that lead to dysfunction. I show them how to heal naturally with nourishing foods and lifestyle habits that reset the metabolism, balance hormones, and heal the gut microbiome.
